Restaurant in Dover

Think of Dover and you think of the Castle, the White Cliffs, the ferry port with ships coming and going, the coast of France, the cruise ships on their way to exotic places with Shakespeare Cliff just beyond, and you can see it all from the panoramic sweep of windows at our seafront restaurant. To say that the restaurant is on the beach is no exaggeration - if you dropped an olive stone from our al fresco dining balcony it would land on the pebbles below. The railings and the sound of the sea on that balcony give you the feeling of being on a cruise ship and the Seasport Centre below the restaurant adds to the nautical feel with yachts, rowers and aspiring channel swimmers adding to the picture.

Dover, as one of the original Cinque Ports, is steeped in history from all centuries. The Castle and the Maison Dieu Town Hall offer plenty for the family to experience and of course, as well as the bluebirds over the White Cliffs, the town has its very own 'Banksy' - a brilliant and colourful reflection on the whole European situation and a short walk from the restaurant.

As with all our restaurants, all ages are welcome and we have a lift making wheelchair access no problem.

People of all ages will enjoy having a ringside seat at one end of the restaurant to view the mammoth reconstruction going on at that shoreline, but others may prefer a visit to the De Bradelei Wharf outlet just a few steps inland.
